SILICON HEIGHTS

The landscape design for this residential complex creates a seamless interface between architecture and open space, using strong linear planters, feature trees, and subtle lighting to define edges from the grand entrance to the inner courts. Soft planting bands at podium and ground levels balance the verticality of the towers and highlight key program zones such as the bus pickup area, lobby, and amenity frontage.​

Within the central podium, a series of curated outdoor rooms supports multiple lifestyles, from shaded lounge pavilions and yoga–gym spill-out areas to active kids’ play and sports courts framed by structured planting and warm deck surfaces. Continuous edge planters, integrated seating, and accent lighting tie these spaces together, creating a cohesive, vibrant landscape that feels both resort-like and urban at all times of day. The project’s landscape is structured as two distinct islands, one dedicated to an active children’s play zone accommodating both indoor and outdoor games, and the other to a calm garden for adults and the elderly that doubles as a flexible open space for banquet events hosting approximately 300 people.
