This landscape project introduces layered planting along walls and podium edges to create a green buffer that softens the built mass and enhances privacy. Carefully composed beds of palms, grasses, and groundcovers guide movement, frame views, and transform circulation spaces into pleasant outdoor extensions of the residences.

The landscape design for this residential development creates a green buffer that softens the hard edges of built and paved surfaces while enhancing privacy along the compound wall and entrance edges. Dense peripheral plantations and layered shrubs visually screen adjoining properties and infrastructure, giving residents a sense of enclosure and calm as they move through the site.

Within the semi-open podium and under-building spaces, structured planting beds combine palms, ornamental grasses, and low ground covers to complement the contemporary architectural lines and warm façade colors. These curated planting palettes guide circulation, frame views toward the towers, and transform otherwise utilitarian areas into welcoming outdoor extensions of the living environment.
