The landscape design for Al Hamd 49 frames the apartment building with a clean, contemporary green edge, using low hedges, shrubs and neatly aligned trees to soften the mass of the structure and guide residents from the street towards the entrance. Paved pathways, organized parking bays and curated planting pockets are arranged to create an orderly foreground to the façades, balancing hardscape and softscape so that vehicular movement, pedestrian circulation and visual appeal all work together.

The water fountain creates an attractive focal point within the apartment grounds, introducing soothing movement and a sense of tranquility to the outdoor environment. Its placement enriches the public realm, offering residents both a visual and auditory retreat as they enter or relax in the communal spaces surrounding the building. The fountain's elegant design stands out against the structured greenery, with water gracefully cascading in a series of steps, adding a dynamic yet calming element that complements the modern landscape layout.

Around the periphery, the design reserves green buffers to separate the residential blocks from the road, while inside the compound the open areas are planned as multi-functional pockets that can be experienced from balconies and common corridors. Plant selection are oriented toward low-maintenance species suited to the local climate, with scope to enrich the scheme through feature trees, seasonal flowering beds and shaded seating that would further enhance live ability for families in this mid-rise community.
